From My Mailbox : How To Keep The Fire Burning!
I woke up this morning to a letter of appreciation in my mailbox that I’d like to share with you because I saw that he was headed to a big problem I encountered, which you might be making as well… Read on :
“My dearest Saiful,
I haven’t have time to go far in the lessons. I think you sparked something in me and my life is taking off. I’d better not jump to conclusions, but it looks like I have more than I can handle now and it looks like it’s all your fault. Be patient will me, I will get back on course as soon as possible.
You are doing a terrific work and are a blessing to mankind, in case you doubt it. Maybe you can use this as an endorsement. I will keep you updated on my progress, but it looks like my deepest desire are being fulfilled and I will learn how to fill the role that this new stage will require, mostly energy, the excitement is eating up all my energy. LOL Ha.
How will you be able to keep anyone long enough to finish your course when your webpage and news letters were enough to do a number on me?”
Love,
- Harold

Hi Harold!
Thank you for writing me this E-mail! =)
It’s a great one to start my day with!
Sometimes, people (like you) just need a little push to spark
something inside and launch into the sky!
I have been where you are right now many times (even now) but
the first few times it happened I squandered the opportunities
that came my way.
I’m going to save you weeks of confusion, disappointment and
getting into a rut and I’m going to gift to you a rather
counter-intuitive discovery.
Like you said, this is going to require you to eat alot of
your energy.
I was able to last non-stop for 2 weeks before things went
down-hill the first time.
I still remember it because it was quite a painful experience.
I squandered a great opportunity.
But a few weeks later, I figured it out.
It’s very simple actually.
Here’s the secret :
YOUR BODY NEEDS TO REJUVENATE ITSELF. ENERGY CAN’T FLOW
FREELY IN A TENSE AND EXHAUSTED BODY.
So, here’s what I do now that I highly recommend you do:
TAKE A FULL DAY’S BREAK TO SWITCH OFF FROM ANYTHING WORK-RELATED
AND HAVE SOME FUN!!!
Have lunch with your friends.
Go on a date.
Read a good book.
Work out at the gym. (THIS INCREASES YOUR BODY’S ABILITY TO LAST LONGER TOO!)
So, there you have it. The secret to “not-burning-out”!
I hope this helps you along your journey Harold! =)
To CANI,
SaiF
P.S. My friend, if you’re frustrated of throwing your potential away because of procrastination, inconsistency, lack of focus or any of that CRAP isn’t it about time you changed that?
Are you ready to see what you can REALLY do, who you’re REALLY meant to become and the WONDERS you can attract into your life?
If you are, then I’m ready to be YOUR coach! Ask me for a free 30-min session NOW if you want! =)

Saif,
This is very true. We should always take the opportunities
as we get them, and just run with them. We are to keep on the
path so we keep receiving the opportunities. These reminders
are always good to hear. Let us keep being great. Later.
Seeking to give value to persons,
Sean
