Ryan Celestain’s 90 Day Challenge Miracle

“Okay, let’s do this!”, he said.

Before I bring you some exciting news, I want to tell you that I’ve read all the comments on my previous blog post and WOW! I didn’t expect to get so many deep responses.

I’ve read every one of those comments and personally replied to all of them, so if you posted a comment, please check my response to them by clicking here. In some of those comments, I noted some things that you might have overlooked when setting your goal for the next 100 days. So even if you didn’t post a comment, be sure to read them because you might be making the same mistakes with your goals.

And now for the exciting news. Listen to this conversation between me and Ryan Celestain :

An Exciting Conversation With Ryan Celestain
(Click on the play button to listen to this 6 minute conversation)

Don’t Know Who Ryan Celestain Is?

Last year, Ryan embarked on his own 90 Day Challenge in which he challenged himself to… I think I’ll let this superbly inspirational video of his journey do the talking:

And ever since then, he’s achieved great things like having his own radio show, teaming up with world-class motivational speakers (like Les Brown) and internet marketers (like Stephen Pierce) and so many more!

Are you beginning to see the marvelous things that can happen when you embark on such a journey?

I know I have, which is why I organized this challenge in the first place!

So the news is out : I’ve teamed up with Ryan Celestain to bring you this 100-day 200(GR)8 Challenge.

And here’s another treat for you… He’s bringing along his mentor and friend Jed Reay on board to offer his services.

Starting September 23rd 08′, Ryan, Jed and I will be setting our own goals to end 2008 with a bang and usher in the new year with a huge victory!

I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to all of you who have commented on my previous post and helped me understand the issues that we will have to address during the 100 Day Challenge.

A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO : Sabreta, Edvin, Jennifer, Frank, Bill, Jane, Corne, Antonio, Ahmed, Kamlesh, Terry, Vasantha, Catherine, Jussi, Iqbal, Amparo, Khairulhariza, Shehzeb, Bud, Barb and Nur Hidayah!

Because of you, the 3 of us have decided to specifically address the top 3 issues that you have highlighted. Namely : Financial Independence, Health & Relationships.

Other topics like self-esteem and productivity will be covered as well but the above will be the core topics we’ll be addressing! I can just see some of you smiling widely!

WAIT! Before you go, I would appreciate it if you would answer one more question so that I can effectively address the issues and help you get to where you want to be faster.

This will take only a minute because that’s all I’m giving you to answer this question.

When you see the question, please write down the 3 things that immediately come to you.

“What are the 3 BIGGEST problems that are holding you back from achieving the goals you want to achieve in 2008 to make it one of the most OUTSTANDING years of your life?”

Let me say that again.

“What are the 3 BIGGEST problems that are holding you back from achieving the goals you want to achieve in 2008 to make it one of the most OUTSTANDING years of your life?”

Once you’ve written those down, it would be better if you could elaborate a little on the problem so that I can understand the problem fully and diagnose it more accurately during the 100 Day Challenge.

Please take one minute to do that now, my friend and be sure to look out for my E-mail tomorrow to create your FREE account for the 100 Day Challenge. YES, it’s free!

So, please get yourself an accountability partner to go on the journey with you and tell your best friends about the challenge! That’s all I ask of you in return =)

THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!

To Constant & Never-Ending Improvement,

SaiF

P.S. Please LEAVE ME A COMMENT before you go and tell me about the PROBLEMS and OBSTACLES that seem to get in the way no matter how hard you try to achieve your goals!

  1. SaiF,
I’ve just gotta say, you really are awesome. And Ryan, congratulations you are a real inspiration. I’m building a project for teenagers based on the success principles. I want to empower our youth with the right tools to achieve their dreams, not their parent’s dreams but their goals and dreams. I’m also working on creating a magazine.
The three things keeping me from achieving my goals right now are :
    1. Lack of contacts, not sure where to go to get my magazine going, who to get in touch with
    2. A little lack of confidence I guess, to go out there and sell my project to the schools. I’ve never been a salesperson and I guess it’s taking me way out of my comfort zone
    3. The last thing that’s keeping me from attaining my goals right now is probably the fact that I have so much info in my head, so many ideas, and I have to learn to focus on one thing at a time.

I am working on all of this however and I know I will achieve my goals. I truly truly desire these dreams. It’s something that passions me and I will do whatever it takes to succeed.

Thanks SaiF for your great newsletters and encouragement
    Take care
    Tanya :-)

  2. @Tanya: Hi Tanya!

Thank you for the compliment ;)

That’s a GREAT project! Did you know that they recently came out with “The Success Principles For Teenagers” Book by Jack Canfield and 17 year-old Kent Healy.

From looking at your list and coming from an objective point of view, here’s what I say to you, Tanya :

    1) Attract infromation - start with Google, move on to Wikipedia and then people who have magazines i.e. look for interviews, or find them on facebook. The key here is “When There’s A Will, There’s A Way!”

    2) I personally come from a place of love to market my stuff. If it’s one thing that I’ve discoverd about the best salesperson, he never has tactics in mind. He comes from a place of love and takes care of the person’s well-being.

    3) I think you already know what to do with this one. In fact it’s in your answer, so let’s just go and do it, Tanya! YOU CAN DO IT! =)

You’re welcome and I know you can do it in the next 100 days if you just concentrate your energy on one thing at a time ;)

    To CANI,

    SaiF

  3. 1. procrastination. I just keep putting off making those phone calls and the action I need to do to get my business in high gear (or any gear at all!)
    2. Keep losing focus, so that I let other less important activities take over my time, either the urgent, or complete time wasters ( like TV or internet surfing or emails.
    3. Being overwhelmed by goals and getting paralyzed

  4. 1. Not enough self-discipline to feel good as possible each and every moment, i.e. I can do it a lot and I’m getting better, but there are still too many lapses from alignment with my inner self / the universe.

    2. My scientific background has over the years made me quite skeptical of any spiritually related things, and so while I believe in LOA, my belief in LOA isn’t as strong as my belief in gravity is. But I want to have as strong belief in LOA as I have in gravity. If I can have that sort of faith, the rest will be a breeze.

    3. Most people around me are not receptive to LOA at this time (one of the things I want to do is have MAJOR PROVEN success with LOA so that I can override their skepticism), which has an effect on me as well. Namely, it keeps me from progressing faster than I currently am, and hinders my belief as well (see #2).

So I think the problem is actually about letting go of restricting beliefs really.

  6. My 3 biggest things holding me back from achieving my goals is
    1) procrastination
    2) i will change plans if i hit a bump in the road
    3) lack of planning

I have decided not to procrastinate anymore and I have read 2 of Jerry and Esther Hicks books and I am now reading the book creating money, so I have written down a definite plan and I am starting my business by the end of the month and I won’t be changing the plan or pushing back the start date.

    Thanks

  7. I find that there are a number things holding me back. But the three biggest are:

    1. Procrastination.
    2. Lack of Contacts that would help me achieve my goal. 3. Loosing Focus due to distractions.

I’ve been working on the first one for some time, and made some progress. But if I could get that out of the way, I’m sure the others would quickly be taken care of.

  11. Hi Saif,

The 3 biggest obstacles that are holding me back are:

    1)Self Worth
    2)Time
    3)Action

I have a deep-rooted belief that I am not deserving to have good things happen to me.

I am too often aware that a day or several days have past and I have accomplished little or nothing of value to move my life and or business forward.

I often spend too much time planning and never get around to the Action Step.

    But,

with you a my Mentor, I have made amazing strides in all 3 areas.

    Thank you so much!

    1) Procrastination
    2) Not knowing, for real, what I want to do, lack of focus.
    3) Too many information an no ACTION. I love to read and study but when I need to move into action I just don’t do it.
But, I don’t know how but I’m sure that I will do it, thanks to you. Love you.

  13. My largest problems are:

    1) I still carry hurt from my previous broken relationship with my ex-fiance.
    2) Lack of proper finances to begin doing what I’ve always dreamed of doing
    3) Events that keep happening in my life that just keep setting me back further.

Despite these things, I still keep faith as difficult as it may be. I want to thank you however, Saif because I believe finding you was the first part of incomplete the puzzle.

  14. Hey Saiful,
I think my biggest things holding me back would be:
1.Not knowing what to talk about(to be a more interesting person).
2.Caring of what other people think of me,fear of how people are going to react to my change.
    3.Procrastination.

But last week,I’ve started to approach some people, and made new aquaintances,so I’m working on them. Thank You.

  15. Hi Saiful

The three biggest things holding me back in 2008 would be:

    1. Procrastination
    2. Self doubt
    3. Lack of clear goals

This does not mean to say I have had a “bad” year so far. But as always “room for improvement” is always present in my self assessment.

I used to think that who were was reflected from others in how they responed to you. This was a narrow and immature view, needless to say I struggled with self doubt at all turns! The next reincarnation of this view was that the mirror of yourself in others was a distorted view, like one of those crazy mirrors in a “hall of mirrors”. This too doesn’t work!

I have just now realized a clarity …..who you are is how you see yourself! How you feel and how you act! From within is the person without! To promote change, change must come from within.

Thankyou Saiful for having this blog and “making” this type of reflection and growth possible.

  17. Dear Saif,

Thanks once again to addressing our problems. The 3 main points which is holding me back in 2008 are :

    1. I am filled with negative thoughts about people who have done worng to me and family.
    2. I am making huge losses in business, because of which I am not able to think positively.
    3. Lack of money to achieve goals.

I am plannning for a new business for which i need a lot of cash.

    Thanks,

  18. 1. Lack of social skills
    2. Lack of money
    3. Lack of self-worth

Being shy I am unable to initiate conversation.

Not having the money sometimes curtails my enthusiasm.

Though I am highly motivated and follow every instruction with conviction, I am worried about the success of my venture and always get overwhelmed by technology and information.

  20. This question has prompted me to reevaluate whats going on in my life and how it has taken a serious fall in a year. I know belief systems materialize into matter but i forget about it. I would say the biggest three problems that are holding me back (which I created for some reason or other) is:
    a) Health, a rare disorder has recurred and has taken a year so far to fix - more to come, which has caused me to be housebound for 4 months from January this year. Now back at work, but struggling. Before my lapse, I was offered a high powered job - the health problem caused me to miss this opportunity.
    b) alienation from people I thought were family when I was struggling, which has caused resentment within me that I cannot let go of. This person will not stay away and is manipulating a loved one - law of attraction?
    c) Money - I seem to spend more on expensive things to make myself feel better - causing debt. I suppose this could be interpreted as feeling worthless?

  21. Salam Saif,

The 3 biggest roadblocks that are preventing me to get off my arse and make it happen:

1)Procastination…Thing is, over the last 7-8 months of 2008, I have acquired quite a bit of knowledge as to how to build a solid internet business…Infact, I’m good at visualizing so I can see the roadmap or blueprint as they say that I need to follow in order to get things going but I just can’t get myself to take action & when I get around to thinking that it’s time to start I get setback because I happen to be missing some components that I need to start. Same goes for my fitness goals. Lack of money (another missing component) that prevents me from supplementing my workouts with appropriate nutrition.

    2)Lack of Self-Confidence & Fear

3)Not having a CLEAR vision as to what I REALLY want to accomplish.

So that’s that…My ultimate goal is to become an Entrepreneur & build two separate businesses…Network Marketing & Affiliate Marketing (I want to promote fitness related products because I am a fitness enthusiast)

I would really like myself to improve otherwise I won’t get anywhere in life.
