I Want The EFT Package!

I just found out that people have used EFT to cure Asthma! WOW! I’m going to be Asthma-free very soon! ;)

This is of course just an introduction to EFT if you haven’t already heard of it. I’m definitely going to write down what I’ve learned over the next few days about Emotional Freedom Techniques so if you’re busy, please check back often to learn from my observations =)
