Do The Gratitude Dance With Me!

Hey my friend! I came across this video that I think you should really watch! I just did the Gratitude Dance and it’s OH SO FUN! Come on, click on the play video now and do it with me!

Come on! I know you want to do it! You think you look silly? I’m working with one less leg here! Nobody looks sillier than me!

Your Physiology Affects Your Psychology. I am a GREAT believer in this teaching from Anthony Robbins. My favourite exercise to get myself feeling grateful and happy for all the things in my life is to just stand up, look up, breathe in and out deeply and just SMILE!

Looks like I have a new favourite way of doing that now! I think the guys who created the Gratitude Dance really got the right combination of movements for this one. It’s like pumping your energy up and you can’t feel anything but HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY! I’m already feeling gratitude!

Keep Track Of What You’re Grateful For. My friend, do you keep a Gratitude Journal? And if you do, do you write in it everyday? I DO! And it just keeps the wealth flowing in!

Remember : Gratitude is the one thing that will speed up the Law of Attraction.

If you get nothing from this post, just remember this, my friend: You cannot attract more things, events or people into your life if you don’t appreciate what you already have as you’re reading this.

To put it more bluntly, “Why should I give you more if you’re not grateful with what I have already given you?” I’ve written on the importance of having a Gratitude Journal before where I give you some personal examples of the things I’ve attracted one after the other.

The MAGIC is that as I wrote about the gratitude I have for the new things that have entered my life, new and better ones came into my life the moment I finished writing it down.

P.S. I’ve also found that if you write all the good things people say about you in your Gratitude Journal, it’s like getting bonus tracks with a new album!

The BIG Difference Between Gratitude & Satisfaction. Some people mix up the feelings of gratitude and satisfaction. I’ll tell you my take on it.

There was a point of time in my life when I was so satisfied and comfortable with the state of my affairs that I stopped setting new goals. It just seemed like everything was finally in balance you know.. And then, after a while I got lazy.

It was all uphill from there. And I wouldn’t want you to experience that my friend. So this is why I’m writing about this for you.

There’s a BIG difference between gratitude and satisfaction. To capture it into something you can remember, I’ll say this :

“You must always be grateful for what you have but never satisfied because satisfaction is the enemy of success.”
