Hey my friend,

If you’re wondering why there haven’t been posts for
the past 2 or 3 days…

NO! It’s not because I’m procrastinating..

NO! It’s not because I’ve given up..

It’s actually because I’m bed-ridden in the hospital..

Let me explain, before I went for my soccer match
on Friday, I was actually half-hearted about it because
I fear I would injure myself again..

AND I DID..

I ruptured my achilles tendon and am unable to walk
now..

As I thought back, I realised it was because I was
visualising myself injuring my leg again..

Being sent to the hospital..

What a painful lesson to be learnt….

As such, I haven’t been posting.. So, I need your
help..

Do you have any articles to contribute?

Or maybe you really like one of my posts or
someone else’s and you want me to post it on
SaiF Improvement..

I’m going for my operation in a few hours, I’ll
