There are a few possibilities why you might not get
what you asked for.

Now, do you get what the more successful people understand?

Let me tell you a hillarious story I heard some time ago…

A poor man wanted the very best for his family so he prayed to
God everyday asking to win the 1st prize in the lottery.

A year later, he realized that he might not be getting what he asked
for because he was doing some bad deeds. So he repented and kept
praying to God for the same thing.

The next year, he still hasn’t won the lottery but he trusted that God
will grant him his wish one day.

The next year, he got really angry and shouted at the clouds “I have
repented and only do good deeds. I have been patient and yet my wife
has left me and I have nothing left”

Suddenly, the clouds opened and God Himself spoke to the man.

“Buy a ticket!”

So you see, you can’t just have faith and trust that the Universe will
bring to you what you want, you must take action.

I’ve read so many success books and if it’s one thing I’ve learnt, it’s to
take MASSIVE ACTION.

This “sounds like an opportunity” to highlight the important bit of this
clip from “Evan Almighty”.

“If someone prays for patience, you think God gives him patience?
Or does He give him the opportunity to be patient?

If he prays for courage, does He give him courage or does He give him
the opportunity to be courageous?

If someone prays for his family to be close, do you think He fills the
absence with warm fuzzy feelings or does He give them the opportunity
to love each other?”

I can just see your face light up with enlightenment like the woman’s did.

So my friend, you have to GET IN THE GAME to win.

Here’s a bonus tip for you:

Napolean Hill said “Every adversity brings with it the seed of an equivalent
advantage”

I’ll say that again.

“Every adversity brings with it the seed of an equivalent advantage”

What does that mean?

WARNING! You might not like what I’m about to say.

If you followed the 5 steps I discussed with you in my book closely
and you did everything to the tee, but you still did not get what you want…

It could be a signal that you’re moving in the wrong direction.

So what Napolean Hill meant was that if you can stop feeling sorry for
yourself for just one second and look hard enough, you’re going to find clues.

You’re going to find clues The Universe always leaves in every problem or
failure.

I call it a lifeline.

The clues I’m talking about are opportunities.

Opportunities that will lead you to receiving something better.

Think back to a time when something really bad happened, but something
even better happened as a result of that.

That’s what I’m talking about.

So don’t just sit on the couch watching TV all day and expect to succeed.

Get in the game.

And once you have, you’re going to meet with failures.

But you know what, you’re going to look for the clues and you’re going
to succeed!
